"Blood stain on ceiling. The wall had a water stain and a crack above the bed. House keeping was making their rounds at 9am when check out wasn’t until 11am. Hot tub is listed as an amenity but there isn’t one and apparently hasn’t had one in years. Room service is advertised but not available. We had to call twice to ask for silverware for our door dash order. I stay here every year for the tattoo convention and this is the second year in a row that we’ve had issues. Bar staff is wonderful though!"

"We had a great stay - the cottage was perfect for my partner & I and our 16 year old son (and 8 month old lab). Location was perfect for our needs. The kitchen was well stocked with coffee which was well appreciated! Everything was super clean and check-in was a breeze. We will definitely utilize the cottage again if it's available next time we visit the area!!! "
