Exceptional property. Great location great condition to the smallest detail. Apartment provides lot more value than any 5 star hotel nearby. Fully furnished top notch appliances and anything you might need for your stay. Vlatka our hostess is also a great concierge providing valuable tips and recommendations. Truly enjoyed the property.

Everything about our stay in this apartment was perfect. Honestly couldn’t recommend a better place or a better host! Maria was super helpful and gave us many recommendations! The apartment was a 10/12 min walk from the centre and had amazing views and is equipped with everything you need and beyond! 10 out of 10. One of the best places we stayed in! Would definitely recommend!

Splendid Splendida!

Everything about Splendida Palace is superb! Location: Within a 5-10 minute walk of 3 different beaches. Within a 15-minute walk of Diocletian’s Palace and several excellent restaurants. Easy access to main roads in Split if you have a car. Off street parking was key. Apartment: The entire place was spectacular. It was so clean you would think they had just opened it for the first time the day you arrived. The appliances were state of the art. The washer and dryer worked wonderfully. Several drying racks are there if you prefer to dry clothes naturally on one of two gorgeous balconies (that have Adriatic Sea views). The furniture and beds were exceedingly comfortable. The electric window blinds kept the rooms dark for optimum sleeping conditions. The bathrooms were spotless and well-equipped with soaps, shampoos, conditioners, towels, hair dryer, etc. The AC was powerful. But the best reason to stay here is the host, Vlatka. She treated us like family. Her communication was outstanding before, during, and after our stay. She is so knowledgeable and excited to share her city. She gave us perfect recommendations for beaches to see, restaurants and foods to try, and places to go. She made reservations for us and helped us figure out a ferry situation. She even gave us advice for our next stop on our trip in a city 3 hours away. She was phenomenal and you could not find a better host. She will be the standard now by which we measure all hosts in the future.

This was an amazing stay. The house is brand new, it is an excellent location. Vlatka is amazingly friendly, arranged the transfer from the hotel and was a dream to deal with. She made recommendations via whatsapp before I arrived and was super helpful. She is a dream!

Wir fanden eine Unterkunft vor, die uns begeistertee. Großzügige Räumlichkeiten, getrennte Schlafbereiche für 2 Familien. Wir waren mit unseren Kindern und deren Baby unterwegs. Es passte alles perfekt. Die Ausstattung mit allem, was man sich wünscht. Und die Eigentümerin Vlatka, die uns hervorragend eingewiesen hat, immer hilfsbereit und mit vielen Tips für unseren Aufenthalt. Rundherum eine Spitzenunterkunft in ruhi9ger Lage und nicht allzu weit vom Zentrum. Fußlaufig etwa 15 - 20 Minuten entlang der Promenade.

Brilliant stay

We stayed for 8 nights in this beautiful apartment and absolutely loved it. The apartment was spotless and of very high quality. It was well equiped with everything you could need. The location was perfect for walking into Split, enjoying the near by beaches and for getting ferries to the islands. Our host was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the area.
