Welcome toPeristil, a delightful apartment poised in the lively city of Split. Nestled snugly on Poljana Grgura Ninskog, the charm of the Croatian culture beautifully infuses itself within this gorgeous abode.
Offering a grand capacity to comfortably accommodate your party of up to 6 people, we find it optimal for a group of 4 to avail the best experience. Flanked by 2 cosy bedrooms, our apartment reverberates with a warm and inviting aura perfect for relaxation and rejuvenation. Each bedroom boasts of sumptuous bedding promising sound sleep under the twinkling Split stars.
At this picturesque premise, we provide two well-maintained bathrooms equipped with shower, toilet and sink. Towels are also supplied to guests.
The apartment is also home to a quaint and charming living room. Blessed with ample natural light, this space personifies tranquility and is the ideal spot to kick back and soak in the stunning views of Split's most famous landmark.

Great Location

Brilliant service from booking to checking. Ivana was helpful,friendly and we'll informed. The apartment was as described, clean and well equipped. In the very heart of the palace, shops,market, restaurants, and harbour all just a stone's throw away. A short walk from the airport transfer bus too. Our first time in Split, we loved every minute, amazing views from the apartment and roof terrace. You even arranged for brilliant weather. Would definitely recommend and return. Even with the early morning alarm call from the bells, nothing detracted from our stay. Thank you Ivana and team.

Spacious and clean apartment in the heart of Diocletian's palace

Very spacious and clean property located within the walls of the Palace. Communication was very clear and prompt. Staff helped share recommendations for restaurants and different outings. Ivana really made our trip special! Would recommend staying here!

Wonderful property and room to spread out.

Great location in the middle of the palace. Close enough to hustle and bustle to not be far from anything. Liked the third floor view and the overall size of the unit. Accommodated 4 adults perfectly.

Great location and roomy apartment

Great location within the old city. Just be forewarned that the apartment is 4 flights of stairs up with no elevator, so we had some challenges schlepping big bags up. But otherwise really great stay for our family.

Great apt in historic center of Split

This 2 bd/2 ba apartment is right in the center of Split, within easy walking distance to all the major sites. It's very clean, well equipped, and well appointed. The property manager is very responsive and easily reachable by phone for any questions. Grocery stores, markets and bakeries are within 2 blocks. Highly recommended. Only downsides: 6 a.m. church bells across the street.

Split Old Town

Located directly in front of Diocletian's palace, it is great for exploring the old city. The bedrooms were excellent, having twin bathrooms and large lounge and good kitchen made relaxing easy. Watch out if you have a car as parking in extortionate. The terrace was a couple of floors up and not maintained, which was a disappointment as that was the reason for choosing this property over some others.

Fantastic location

The property was situated right in the very heart of Spilt. Absolutely wonderful for reaching the palace ,market Promenade and ferries. Our flight was unfortunately delayed by 2 hours but we were still greeted warmly by the taxi driver Oliver arranged for us by our host. He then contacted Lorina who met us in Split and walked us through the lovely cobbled streets to our apartment . All in all a really warm welcome. Beautiful apartment overlooking the palace. We were 2 couples using the 2 bedrooms and a bathroom each. Large open space living room and well stocked kitchen area. A wonderful stay. Just be prepared to walk up 3 flights of stairs and the bells start at 6am!!!!! It really didn't detract from our enjoyment though.

Perfect location, we would stay here again.

Amazing Location In Split

We loved our time in Split, partly due to this property. Being in the heart of the historic center with access to fantastic restaurants and museums. The port is a five minute walk away from which you can take a ferry to Hvar or other islands. The owner was great to work with and helped coordinate access, as you have to walk about a block into the property as it’s in a no vehicle zone. Great experience all around.

Perfect Split sold Town rental

We had a great time staying at this property. Perfect location for our family- teens could come and go as they pleased as location is super easy to find and is in the heart of Old Town. Streets below are busy but unit is quiet and it is fun to have windows open and listen to the hum of activity on the pedestrian street below. Great spot and great host! Thank you!

Fabulous stay in the the old city of Split

We had a wonderful stay within the city walls at the Peristil. It is conveniently located in the heart of Split. A couple of things to consider when staying here. It can be noisy as it is very central, especially the gonging of the clock tower, but it is barely audible when the windows are closed and the a/c is on. Since it is inside the city walls, no cabs can enter, so you will have to bring you luggage in and up the 3 flights of steps yourself. The a/c did not work in one of the bedrooms. We bought batteries for the remote, but that was not the problem. We did contact Kristina and she was going to send someone over to see what was wrong with the unit. But since we were only staying 2 nights, the place was cool enough with the living room a/c on. Kristina was very helpful in arranging transportation from the airport. All in all, we had a very positive experience.

To Stay here....is to become one with the heartbeat of Split and their lovely people.

We enjoyed the location, the wonderful help of Laurie and her handsome and helpful, informative sons, Emil and Oliver! The location of the apt. Is there flights up, but it’s right at the Palace in Old Town. Good reason to have delicious Gelato every day! You get used to the fun quirks....because it’s wonderful!

Wonderful property in a great location!

Very easy and straightforward rental process. Prompt responses to the questions I had, and everything went smoothly. Best part was being able to hear the concerts that took place on the square. Definitely recommend. There are a lot of stairs, which is inconvenient for arrival and departure, but it is a small inconvenience relative to the positive experience.
