"Amazing view of Taal Lake! If the property was good, it would have been a pleasant stay. We had trouble requesting for extra beds even though we called in advance and reminded the staff upon arrival. I won't go into details because this was eventually sorted after several calls close to midnight. Use of pool and all amenities have extra charge of minimum 500php per person, and some charge per person, per hour usage. Place is visibly dated including the smell and we found a huge cockroach in our room. "

"The location is ok, rooms is ok, very quiet neighborhood, i like the front patio, where we ate dinner and breakfast, a nice area to chit chat with the group, but the bathroom is dirty, and almost no water coming out from the shower head, there’s only 3 or 4 holes working. The water at the water dispenser taste old, don’t drink it. My group comes in 8 pax, 6 adults and 2 minors."

"Great place to stay for a quick getaway from Manila. Property has all kinds of amenities from swimming pool, bowling alley, basketball courts etc to keep you busy. Keep in mind there are fees to use them if your only renting the place for awhile and you're not an owner. But fees are reasonable. Staff are friendly and eager to help. Nice restaurant on the 4th floor with reasonable prices and tastes good.Overall i would come back again."
