"We really love the location. The room was beautiful. We really like the bar near the beach. It was great to have chairs in the room to bring down to the beach and an umbrella. We were unaware that the provided chairs and umbrellas on the beach were for members only so we had to go back to the room to get what we had. I feel like the staff should've let us know when we checked in the other issue was I booked the hotel on Expedia and was unaware that they were doing construction on the pool and patio area as the room was pricey, we might have chosen a different location. "

"The eggs were the worst eggs I have ever seen or tasted in my 78 years. They appeared to be flattened by a steam roller! Why not scramble them. The sausage was also totally gross in appearance and taste. It was the worst breakfast I have ever seen at a hotel. Come on! "

"WHAT A FIND! Beautiful property in the heart of Sarasota. Large, extremely clean rooms with nice touches, including two sink areas - great when traveling with others! Very nice breakfast, super friendly staff, and coffee and tea available all day and night. You won't be disappointed!"

"Most everything was ok. Nothing was great. The only way to watch tv was to lay in bed. There wasn't a table I could eat at. No microwave to warm anything up. I only asked for my room to be cleaned twice. I would have thought my sheets could have been washed both times, but they weren't. There was not a full-length mirror in the room. The dehumidifier was loud and I had to empty it daily. I had a beautiful view from my balcony. I was on the top floor of rooms, so I was awaken every morning from tables and chairs being moved around on the sundeck. I don't think a person staying at Lani Kai should have to pay to rent a beach chair. Awesome wait staff for bringing drinks to the beach. When I checked in I was told I had to pay for parking in the lot. Then I was told she would see what she could do. I think I was going to be taken advantage to pay $20 a day to park where I was staying. Not Cool. Very nice shop attached to the hotel in and around the back. "

"Overall, the Perry hotel Is a good option if staying in the Naples area. The restaurant, bar and pool on the roof are very nice. However, the hotel is very noisy at night, traffic from 41 can be heard on the balcony, and the room was dark and small. "

"Great pool bar and staff. The beach was just a short walk. My grandson loved the pool."
