Air conditioned, two bedroom restored cottage. Pet friendly for 1 small outside dog only. Great undercover entertaining area with fenced yard, gas BBQ and outdoor setting. TV, DVD player, Wi-fi, dishwasher, laundry with washer and dryer, single carport and room for boat on driveway.

Please Note: 'PJ's Cottage' requires payment of a $250 refundable security deposit. A post departure inspection is required before funds are released.

Linen is not supplied in this holiday letting so you will need to bring your own-sheets, pillowcases, towels, tea towels & tablecloths. You will also need to provide your own toilet paper, soap & dish washing liquid etc. If you do not wish to bring linen, you will receive the contact details for the linen hire firms in your confirmation email.
