We are surrounded by 7 wooded acres for peace and quiet, yet close enough to town to enjoy all there is to do in the Chattanooga area. Enjoy quiet evenings on the covered porch, cookout on the spacious deck, enjoy the backyard fire pit, or play basketball in the drive. View deer as they stroll in the yard and surrounding property or catch stunning sunsets from the porch. Five private bedrooms with three full baths as well as a loft with a privacy curtain are available for private sleeping spaces. A portable crib, toddler bed and high chair are available. The home is well appointed with everything you need for a comfortable stay including a fully equipped kitchen, Fiber internet, and streaming TV (YouTube TV included). Two desks are available for remote work. There is plenty of parking room for multiple boats, cars or trailers . This neighborhood is quiet and secure with plenty of distance between you and the neighbors. All bedding including blankets is changed and surfaces are disinfected between guests. Hosts live nearby to ensure your needs are met. Dogs are allowed with pet fee. Sorry- no cats. Events are allowed with prior approval. A $200 event fee applies. For your convenience, you will find:
