Make your home at the Gulf Breeze House! Gorgeous beachfront home with full ocean and beach views. This home features 4 Bedrooms and 3.5 Bathrooms. Each bedroom is spacious and tastefully decorated. The large master bedroom overlooks South Padre Island's golden sandy beaches. The Gulf Breeze House has a private pool and hot tub and offers private beach access from the backyard!!

Excellent retreat for a couple or for a family looking to enjoy all aspects of beach living. Whether you wish to entertain friends or take long walks on the beach, this is Island living at its finest!

Activities available: kayaking, surfing, snorkeling, boating, fishing, beach walks, horseback riding, shelling, parasailing, jet skiing, and much more!

Each reservation is provided with a STARTER KIT of essentials ONLY (toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soap, shampoo/conditioner, dish soap, laundry detergent, coffee & filters, olive oil, and salt & pepper). Depending on the number of guests in your party and/or the length of your stay, these may not last for the duration of your reservation and you may need to purchase additional items on your own. Please also note that the following items are not universally provided or guaranteed to be in the home, and therefore, we recommend that you bring these items if required to make your stay more enjoyable: condiments and spices, cleaning wipes, bottled water, hair dryer, ice & cooler, beach towels, beach chairs, toys, floats, sun lotion/sun block, extra blankets and pillows, pack-n-play, high chair, stroller, baby gates, and/or first aid kit.

Beautiful home! Clean and spacious. Wonderful pool and great access to the beach. Everything was way better than the website photos. When we needed more propane for the grill, SPI Rentals came out and replaced it right away. It was easy with check-in/out and they responded instantly with answers to our questions. Our family had the best vacation here and will be returning!

This property is in a great location. It’s close to the Wanna Wanna bar which is great to walk to and have lunch and a drink. It’s also close to Jim’s beach rental

Great location and property!

The property was large and was in a great location. We walked to lots of restaurants from the property -- both on the beach and on the street. The pool and hot tub were well-maintained and the beachfront location and access were wonderful. I highly recommend this property!

This was a great place to stay with kids.

We had a nice stay here with our family. It is in a great location and right in the beach. The pool and hot tub were a hit with the kids. It had all the amenities we needed and was very spacious.

Truly a wonderful memory made with family!!!

Absolutely fabulous property! I cannot recommend it enough and will absolutely be returning to this location in the future! It’s a spacious home with direct beach access, exactly as the photos show. It’s a great location (walk-up beach bar & grill within 100 yards) with wonderful views from both the patio and balcony. The beds were all very comfortable, providing everyone a great night rest for the next day. The pool & hot-tub were great. We had one very minor sink clog and the property manager had a plumber on-site in less then an hour (on a Friday evening after 6pm which really impressed me!) and he resolved the clog within minutes. Parking available in garage, driveway and several spots available on street as well. Truly loved this place and feel in love South Padre on our very first visit!

The place was just as pictured. very beautiful. pool was nice but spa did not work. The grill was totally unusable/// glad I did not want to grill,Otherwise we all had a terrific time

Outside needs work

I know that I was paying for location and the location was fabulous. However the outside patio area was awful. The grill needs replaced the pool needs work. The outside patio table was disgusting looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. The whole outside area needs a very good cleaning. The inside was nice but needed a few cosmetic fixes. For the price I paid for just a few days I expected it to be a little better.

Great location

Beach house = amazing views, perfect amount of beds/baths for 2 families (4 adults, 3 teens, 1 youngster). Pleasantly surprised with the accommodations. Found a nice assortment of beach toys in the garage. Supplied with toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent. Never cooked a meal so couldn’t tell you about kitchen supplies. Had to request towels, and they arrived the next morning. Only downfall was the pool. FULL of sand, don’t think the filter/pumps worked. Called maintenance about the fridge not cooling, and got very prompt service. Very nice to walk over to Wanna Wanna for lunch each day. Get the Turbo drink, you will not be disappointed. And we had the best neighbors staying next door to us. Great vacay!

Great place right on the beach

The location is great. House is very clean and property managers are responsive. Bring your own broom and Tupperware. All else was fairly well stocked. Loved the pool and the endless ocean views. Highly recommend.

Great location

My husband and I did a social distancing anniversary vacation and stayed here. The house is nice and large and would be great for families or groups if friends. You are right in the beach and close to all of the restaurants and activities. We enjoyed the pool, but there were a lot of tiles missing around the jacuzzi.

New property problems

We were switched to this property when owner of the original property cancelled our reservation. Property was new and had some problems with WiFi , hot tub,no microwave and a few other things. All together the issues took away quite a bit from our vacation experience. A lot of time was spent waiting for things to be done.

Too expensive for what we got the pool was not filtering only used once because of that ... BBQ was dirty and rusted no propane as well was not fixed til the third day of our five day stay ..too late bugs came up from shower drain in back bedroom would recommend for people with more family members and children

Excellent house, right on the beach!

The house was perfect for our 8-person (6 adults, 2 children) family get-away. Every bedroom has its own bathroom (two share a jack-and-jill bathroom, one of which is the "kids" room). The location couldn't have been better. Just steps to the beach directly down the semi-private wooden walkway, but also great just spending hours in the private pool / hot tub within sight and sound of the crashing surf. Another review mentions the noise from the nearby bar, but that wasn't a problem while we were there--in fact, we wouldn't have even realized it was there if not for looking for it due to the other review. All the appliances and outdoor grill worked great, and we had an excellent time. The house comes with plenty of beach toys (boogie boards, floating seat for the pool, sand scoops and pails, a beach canopy, etc.--it looks like many guests continue to add a few extras here and there, as we did), so no need to bring too many or buy any if you don't have them already--just use what's at the house. The property management company in charge was easy to deal with and kept up regular email updates, and the house was perfectly clean and setup when we arrived. All in all, a great experience and I highly recommend this property to anyone wanting a great SPI beach experience!
