"The beds are extremely hard! Keep in mind that I like hard beds, but these were ridiculous. I think sleeping on the floor would have been better. I am a side sleeper and literally had to move at least every 3 minutes (that’s being generous), even my 60lb 10 year old couldn’t fall asleep. There are no where near enough outlets and the few that they do have are in odd places. The tub was dirty and the water pressure sucks!"
"If a luxurious experience is needed, look no further than this Hyatt. Nicely located downtown St. Paul with easy walking distance to many restaurants and events.
Why only three stars though. Two major reasons…1) hotel restaurant is (as the receptionist states “simple bar food.it’s better to go to one of the local nearby restaurants.” On sight ‘Starbucks’ is the receptionist making you a coffee with Starbucks products. It was good though. Limited flavors.
