"I called the hotel before I drove there in evening and was told I did not have a booking. I had to check in to a different hotel. Wyndham Southbury charged my card as if I had stayed there and has not yet refunded me!!"

"It was what was expected from a Microtel although I have stayed at much nicer and cleaner ones. Bed linens were clean, bed did not sleep the best. We checked in late and left early the next morning so just needed a quick place to get a few hours sleep."
