"We had a volleyball tournament and stayed just for the night. The hotel is older, but it was updated as much as possible and clean. Staff was very friendly, pool and hot tub were decent. There is an attached bar (we didn’t go) and gas, restaurants and coffee right across the street. It isn’t luxurious but was just fine for the night!! "

My girlfriend’s DoorDash order was delivered to the wrong room and when I went to get her money back, I was threatened with violence. I was then chased through the parking lot by one of those men along with the night auditor the night auditor name is Quan He’s at least 6 foot five and the following day because I called the police to get our money back. ...

"The room had a very strong, unpleasant odor—similar to fish or something decaying—which made the stay uncomfortable from the start. Cleanliness was also an issue. The room did not appear to be properly cleaned: there were visible stains on the shower curtain, and noticeable hand and arm prints on the headboard and other surfaces from previous guests. "Staff at the desk was very hard to understand. "

"Our room temperature was 65 degrees at check in late in the evening. No response when front desk was called. Next morning it was 58 degrees. Front desk response was "I'll make a note for the manager when he comes in." No maintenance response. The body wash dispenser was empty. There was debris in the kitchenette sink."
