"Generally very nice hotel. Only complaint which is not needed for a general hotel stay is they don’t have a sauna or steam room. Generally western hotels have these amenities in china. It enhances the stay and especially before a flight is excellent. "

"When we complained at night that the heater was not functioning properly, staff dealt with it quickly. But the system that the temperature in the room was preset and the guest could not turn it lower or use AC in winter was dumb. It wasted energy and made the room unnecessarily hot at 26C."

"Beautiful view of the Yangtze River from our room. Normally I wouldn't have booked such an upmarket hotel but it was not peak season for Yichang and there was a good discount. Spacious room and good front desk. There is however a deposit of 1000CNY which was more than what we paid for 2 nights in the room. Also quick room service!"
