Rustic Cottage: Well Located + Superb View

Located in Soumont, a stopover between Lake Salagou and the Larzac plateau. In a quiet village, with a beautiful panoramic view, and cépendant in a central and strategic location to explore the wider region. Only 9 minutes from the entrance to the A75 motorway, as well as from the small town of Lodève, where you will find all the necessary amenities and shops.

Housing:
Our cottage is an autonomous space that can comfortably accommodate 7 people. If desired, you can accommodate up to 10 people. Most modern appliances are present: oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, WiFi. There is no television or washing machine.


Access for travelers:
The cottage is adjoining our house, but it has its own private entrance. Autonomous, you have access to your own kitchen and to your terrace.

The largest bedroom on the first floor has 4 single beds. (However, you may prefer to sleep only 3 people in this room for more space.) This room has a private shower.

The other bedroom on the first floor has a bunk bed. If desired, a pull-out bed can be pulled out to accommodate an additional person in this room.

The bedroom on the ground floor has 2 single beds.

Another bed for an adult can be arranged from the sofa bed in the living room.

There is a bathroom with shower and toilet on the ground floor.

On the first floor you will find another toilet.

Exchanges with travelers:
We (Tom, Nele and little Aila) live next door, but we take care of our business and leave our guests their own space. Nevertheless, we are there for our guests if necessary.


Other remarks:

! Please note that bed linen and towels are not included. Please bring your own sheets and towels.

The cottage does not have a washing machine. You can request access to our washing machine, fill it and communicate your wishes for washing. We will return your clothes to you afterwards. Also note: there is a spiral staircase which is a bit narrow and steep.
