Die Colombo Residence ist eine sehr gepflegte Anlage in überschaubarer Größe und toller Lage. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder Urlaub dort machen. Einziges Manko war, dass wir erst um 15 Uhr die Zimmer beziehen konnten. Ansonsten alles bestens!!!

Schöner und guter Aufenthalt

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in Sorico. Die Unterkunft ist in sehr gutem Zustand, grosse Zimmer, sauber, Badezimmer gut, gut eingerichtete Küche, im Erdgeschoss Ausgang auf eine eigene Terrasse.

Quel ramo del lago di Como...

Abbiamo trascorso 4 giorni da favola visitando le splendide cittadine che si affacciano sul lago di Como, con una puntata a Lugano. Il residence si trova a pochi passi dal lago, la camera era spaziosa, pulita e confortevole, situato in una posizione strategica e tranquilla. Lo consiglio senza dubbio.

Schönes Apartment in der Nähe vom See

Das Haus hat einen sehr sauberen und gepflegten Eindruck gemacht. Unser Apartment war im 1. Stock Richtung Osten, so dass man bei Sonnenaufgang frühstücken konnte. Vom Badezimmer bis hin zur Küche war ebenfalls alles sehr sauber. Internet war natürlich auch verfügbar und als Stellplatz haben sie eine Tiefgarage. Ach, und beinahe hätte ich den Pool vergessen, für den ich zwar leider keine Zeit hatte, da ich meist unterwegs war, in dem man es sich aber unbedingt mal gemütlich machen sollte. Unser Ansprechspartner war Paolo, der sowohl Englisch als auch ein bisschen Deutsch spricht (nach eigenen Angaben eher schlecht Deutsch, was ich gar nicht so empfand). Er und seine Kollegen arbeiten auch noch in einem Restaurant gegenüber des Hauses, das ich übrigens nur empfehlen kann. Der einzige Punkt, den manch anderen stören mag, der mir aber kaum aufgefallen ist: Das Haus liegt nur ein paar Meter von der Hauptstraße weg und neben dem Haus ist auch ein kleines Sägewerk oder so, jedenfalls wird da mit Holz gearbeitet. Für mich persönlich waren das so minimale Hintergrundgeräusche, dass mir das kaum aufgefallen ist. Besonders abends, wenn man gemütlich ein Glas Wein trinken will, ist es ja schon wieder ziemlich ruhig, also wen's nicht stört, soll es sich dort unbedingt gut gehen lassen.

Wonderful Hotel

We were so pleasantly surprised by this wonderful little hotel! It was beautifully situated by Lake Como, within easy walking distance to the lake. It had a great little kitchen and was steps from a small grocery store that sold delicious food which we prepared and ate on our patio while the church bells chimed. The guy who welcomed us also worked at a nearby restaurant but was so cheerful, unhurried and willing to help. For example, our internet wasn't working when we arrived. We went to the restaurant to tell him and he had it fixed in minutes. Parking was on site and free. We wished we'd planned to stay a week instead of only one night!
