"The hotel is well positioned for a visit to Norwich. Room and inside of hotel including spa are kept clean but are in need of a refurbishment. The Maids Head Hotel
"The breakfast buffet was great! Staff were very helpful whenever I asked for anything. The hotel was in a great location, easy to walk to the City Centre, and historic areas of Norwich. Also enjoyed a drink in the Maids Head Bar, which was a cute little place. We enjoyed our stay - thank you!"
