Unit Layout
You will be staying in a 5-room villa spanning 180 square meters across 4 levels. The living/dining room features a cozy open-hearth fireplace and a TV with a flat screen. It leads out to a terrace and the swimming pool area. The open kitchen is well-equipped with 2 hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a freezer, a grill, and an electric coffee machine. It also has a TV with a flat screen and access to a patio. There are 2 separate guest toilets for added convenience.

On the lower ground floor, you will find a bedroom with a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), a shower, and a double hand-basin. This room leads out to the terrace. Another bedroom on this level has a bed (80 cm, length 180 cm) and a bathroom, also with a terrace exit. Moving up to the upper floor, there is a bedroom with a bed (140 cm, length 190 cm) and a bathroom. The top floor houses an open office area and a bedroom with a French bed (160 cm, length 190 cm), providing access to a balcony.

Amenities Included
The villa is equipped with a range of amenities to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable vacation. You will have access to a washing machine, a dryer, an iron, and a hair dryer for your convenience. Havre de paix et respiration

Accueillis par Philippe, comme chez des amis. Une maison familiale confortable, avec des recoins pour vivre ensemble jusqu’à 8 personnes sans se marcher sur les pieds. Un espace extérieur très vaste, qui commence par la terrasse et se prolonge par un paysage à couper le souffle. A. Proximité, un joli petit village perché, qui accueille de joli petits restaurant en terrasse. Commerces accessibles à 5 minutes et p’qgex en moins d’une demi-heure. Très grande piscine dans un décor naturel et serein. Pour les amoureux de la nature et de l’accueil convivial.
