Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
The location was great, right by the waterfront. It has the view of the mountains in the back and not ocean view. The property was clean, had everything we needed, even beach towels. However, the second bedroom is in the loft upstairs, which wasn’t accurately depicted in the listing. It had spiral stairs which was a little difficult to get up and down.Property manager was communicative and helpful. The main reason for the 4 stars was that in the PDF instructions, it says it’s safe to park on the street in the back. However, the entire street was resident permit parking only and we ended up getting a ticket. The PDF is not entirely accurate, and the property manager was not particularly helpful in helping us figure out the parking situation. We ended up finding a parking lot nearby that charges from 10h-19h for 7.
