Our accommodation was upgraded at no extra cost because on the night of our arrival the lodge wasnt fully booked, our rooms were excellent! Dinner was something else, value for money and delicious! Breakfast was also great, fresh & delicious food. Scenery is fantastic

Die Unterkunft war ein Traum. Super nettes Personal und Service. Sehr leckeres Abendessen und Frühstück. Das Abendessen war ein 4-Gänge Menü, das täglich wechselte und sehr ausgefallene und frische Gerichte anbot (auch vegetarisch). Der Pool und das Grundstück an sich war super. Man konnte perfekt den Sonnenaufgang und -untergang bewundern.

Exceeded all expectations, highly recommended

Exceeded all expectations. Had booked the soft camp but found that restaurant is at main lodge 1km away so changed to the lodge as we wanted some wine with dinner! So glad we did it was comfort with a touch of luxury and nature on the do it step. Kai and his team could not have made us more welcome the 4 course dinner was excellent and actually 5 course with an ample salad as well. This is a property to stay a minimum 2 days to savour the views Tec. We sat in our terrace with a glass if wine after dinner and were treated to 40 wilderbeast just yards away. The sunset drive was also well worth experiencing to get a full view of the property. There us a nice pool and also a hide next to a waterhole just a couple if minutes walk away where we whiled away a nice couple of hours. I will definitely be back and next time for longer.

Good option, comfy rooms, great staff

Great option even though a bit far from Sossusvlei gate (one hour away approximately). Location is convenient though and it'd be even better if the road was improved. Had an issue with payment at check out that was solved later via Hotels.com.

localisation extraordinaire en bordure de desert Parfait pour admirer les couleurs tant au llever qu'au coucher du soleil plus petits écureuils qui animent ce desert matin et soir ! Idéal pour les photographes ! chambres très grandes et confortables piscine sympa seul bémol : un wake up call insistant à 5h du matin alors que nous n'avions rien demandé et une tendance à vouloir faire la chambre tres tot alors que vous y êtes encore Sinon véritable communion avec la nature !

Excellent base for a visit to Sossusvlei

We stayed 2 nights and we loved it. The tents/rooms are basic but well enough for what we needed however it would make sense to have some chairs there so one could sit outside too. The little pool on the rock with surprisingly cold/refreshing water was one of the highlights for us. The food is good and if you are planning to visit Sossusvlei early in the morning they will prepare a packed breakfast for you-great idea! The staff are great, very attentive and friendly. We would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Wunderschöne Lage mit Blick in die Wüste.

++ Schöne Lage Solide Ausstattung Frühstück im nahe gelgenden Camp - lediglich die Dusche unseres Bungalows könnte einen neuen Anstrich vertragen.

Good place to stay in this area.

Our stay was fine with a fine barbecue and good food. Staff was ok - could be a bit more engaged, but we got everything we asked for. Breakfast was basic but suffient.
