"We had a wonderful time at Isla Holbox, this is my 3rd trip, and one of my favorite warm holiday spots! This time, I was with my two grandchildren, they loved staying at the fabulous home. The photos are very realistic, and the home is gorgeous, clean, quiet, safe and beautifully decorated. My only recommendation would be to improve the quality of the bed pillows. The beds were super comfortable, the pillows could use a refresh. Don't let that stop you from staying here - it was a 9.999 out...

"We had a great stay at Soho Boutique Hotel. This hotel is about a 100m walk from the beach club. It is a part of a group of hotels all next to each other. There is a building work going on next door but we never had any issues with noise.
The staff were helpful and friendly. The rooms were very clean on arrival and were cleaned each day.
Food at the beach club opposite was good, and there is a great Italian restaurant nearby.

The rooms was not adequately prepared upon arrival. There was no body soap in the shower, No hand soap either to wash hands after using the toilette. We only have once face towel. We need one more, plus two hand towels. Given the hour we arrive, I suffered about 20 mosquito bites. The hotel add does not mention that the hotel is built on a swamp, seems to us this is vital information to know before hand.
The rooms does not have any storage at all...

"El hospedaje fue único, el lugar está muy lindo y cómodo. Las habitaciones son muy amplias, si necesitan un poco de mantenimiento en algunas parte como por ejemplo en el baño que se ve en el techo que tiene humedad o las camas un poco más de limpieza profunda ya que las últimas dos noches amanecía con ronchitas.
El personal es muy amable siempre atentos y pendientes.
La zona de playa es bastante cómoda, lo mismo las zonas de albercas.
Si pueden no pierdan oportunidad de ir al spa y realizarse masajes las chicas son las mejores.
Nos gustó mucho y seguro regresaré "

"Honestly this hotel exceeded our expectations. A week before arrival i got in contact via watsapp with staff. I had a request since i was there to celebrate my anniversary. They put me in contact with a flower shop and everything went smooth
