"I've stayed for a week. Overall a very good hotel. Pool area was clean and was easy to find a sunbed. Rooms are a bit dated, but kept clean for the most part. I'd recommend it and would consider coming back if I were to visit Jerez again. My only complaint is my room was right above the restaurant and although it closes at midnight, both Friday and Saturday nights, people stayed beyond that and they were loud."

"Great location in the city, nearby a taxi rank. Roof terrace rooms were worth paying for to have a nice outdoor space to enjoy. Breakfast was also good with plenty of choice. Our room was clean but some furniture and the bathroom were worn in places. Air conditioning was very effective which was needed! Housekeeping were friendly and generally good, but refilling hand soap was missed. Overall good quality for the price, with helpful bilingual staff."

The noise level was quite high late at night because I could distinctly hear doors and wardrobes slamming and it wasn’t pleasant especially when I was trying to get some sleep. I suggested to replenish the fridge with water in case the guests forget to purchase one and they’re already in the room. It was a lovely hotel nonetheless and I’ll consider staying again when I return. Thank you."
