Ocean View single story, Pool, Spa, Beach Access

Ocean View 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo located in Solana Beach and Tennis Club. Ocean views throughout this top floor single story unit. This condo has unique and original colorful and joyful art. High speed internet provided. This condo has a shared east facing balcony & a private west facing balcony to enjoy. Washer and Dryer in Unit."

Main bedroom has a king bed, second bedroom has 2 twin beds that can be converted to a king. Condo comes with 2 dedicated parking spaces in the garage with plenty of street and daytime guest parking (north lot). 1 flight of stairs is required to access the elevator from the parking garage to the condo. In the event that the elevators are down or under maintenance, climbing multiple flights of stairs would be required to get to the condo on the third floor.

The complex features an all year round heated swimming pool, two hot tubs, 4 tennis courts, HOA Clubhouse and direct beach access at the southwest edge of complex. 

*Please note: There is no AC in this unit. Being located along the coast brings cooler temperatures and a coastal breeze. 
*For work from home we always recommend having a hot spot as we can't control service interruptions & outages.
*Solana Beach & Tennis club is a large complex and does not have any luggage carts.
*This property is in a condo complex with neighbors all around. We don't monitor construction or noise from neighbors and this should be taken into consideration when booking.

Beautiful place, excellent service

We visited with our two small kids and had a wonderful stay. The place is beautiful, clean, and perfectly situated for the type of vacation we wanted. The hosts were very responsive to all of our questions and when we reached out with an issue worked to resolve it immediately, despite being in the midst of the holiday season. Would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing family stay!

Great location, spacious apartment

We have had a wonderful stay. It is so close to the beach. The apartment is very spacious, clean and well equipped. Issues with the washing machine though and the freezer's door does not really close. But things like that can happen. Agency tried their best to help.

Fun in the Sun

The location is terrific with the beach right below the condo complex. It is a few stairs, but we never found this a challenge. We also enjoyed the ocean breeze, which kept us comfortable even without air conditioning. Lots of shops, restaurants, and other retail all a short walk. We especially love the Naked Cafe, which is just down the street. When we did need our car, the parking also was very convenient.

Wonderful location and view!

Loved the view and ease of access to beach and pool. Great location to other Solana Beach hot spots. No A/C kept the space humid and hot during the day. Would love to go back but in a cooler month.

Wonderful stay in Solana Beach!

Wonderful!!!

We had a wonderful stay! Great communication, easy access. The unit has great views (even nicer in our opinion than pictures.) Very clean, comfortable (great beds), and well cared for. Close to pretty much everything (quick drive to grocery.) Lots of nice little restaurants and shops walking distance or short drive. Del Mar beach is just a few blocks walk south and Solana Beach a few blocks north. Can't say enough good things. Will definitely come back.

Honeymoon Gift

Great location

This property is very clean and comfortable. The condo is beautifully designed and in a great location for walking to the beach, surfing and great restaurants and shopping nearby. The communication with the Beach Haus rentals team was excellent.

Beautiful home close to the beach

The home is very well decorated and maintained. It’s in a very nice community and can walk to the beach. There are ocean views from both the balconies. The location is great close to everything. We had a fun time would go back anytime. The host was super wand attentive and responded to messages in a matter of minutes. We loved the place.

A Great Stay

The property was exactly as pictured. It was the best stocked, well equipped VRBO rental we have ever stayed in. Charming and nicely updated with plenty of storage. Nice views of the ocean even though there is a building between it and the ocean. The unit managers were very helpful and easy to work with.

Perfection

This spot is a total gem. Really glad we booked it. The colorful mid-century decor paired with the updated kitchen were fun, and it was great to hear the waves as we fell asleep.
