"We were vacationing. Location was excellent. Staff were helpful and friendly. Food was ok, only issue was elevators were small and slow. Overall very happy with the hotel."
"Pleasantly surprised with this hotel chain. Really enjoyed my stay. It was quiet, very close to tube stations, across the street from Kensington Gardens, two blocks away from incredible restaurants. As a solo traveler, the room had everything I needed (including AC). Will definitely be back next time I’m in London!"
"Very well located in Waterloo. The proximity to the main attractions within London. and to the tube stations really helped enhance the experience. Additionally, the rooms were simple, clean and well sized. Just comfortable for two adults. We didn't make use of the kitchenette, but it was nice to have it handy and available."
"Great location easy to catch the metro into central London or to O2. There was plenty of restaurants near by in all price ranges.
The rooms and beds were tiny considering its an apartment hotel. No point in cooking as you there was no room to sit and eat, the option of cooking was why we choose this hotel, so a bit disappointed when we saw the size of the room.
Bathroom was ok and it was quiet even on the weekend.
All in all a good option if you don’t mind the size."
