"They are using an external company for their cleaning. The cleaning staff are unfriendly and do not do a good job. The front desk staff are good. The breakfast is good. "

"Location was convenient, many shops restaurants and trains nearby. Room was a great size. Bed was a bit firm but still comfortable. Room had a smart tv so you could sign into your own Netflix. No laundry facilities but they can send your clothes out to get cleaned for a reasonable amount and it was done within a few hours. Staff was super helpful any time I had a question. Overall this was a good pick. I would definitely stay here again. "

"Very kind staff, helps from the heart and makes one feel at home. The hotel is very close to center, and to subway and bus stops. Thanks to especially Alessia, with her kindness in supporting us to our journey back to the airport."

"Overall the stay and atmosphere was good, staff was great. Location was perfect. The only thing negative was that the AC was centrally controlled and it was very warm in the room all night . We called to change the temp and they said they did it but it never reflected on the thermostat so we had to sleep with the window open."

"Excellent location. Wonderful shower. Good spread at breakfast. Helpful staff. On the downside, while we were on the upgraded 8th floor, some of the building is still in need of updating. Breakfast area is tired. 'Hot' food on one day was cold. Decor on our floor not my taste. Too dark. But that's a personal thing. Room was big and had everything we needed."
