"Everything was clean and they were polite"

"Rooms are absolutely nothing alike the pictures online. First we arrived and the room looked like it was a motel 2 stars. Second, the next day they never cleaned the room, we came back and nothing was clean. The amenities are horrible. Toiletries were in a packet and super back quality. Nothing like the pictures. We asked for more towels and they only had small for hands. Then in top of everything the day we left we wanted to take a shower and there was no hot water. Horrible experience. I will never come back to this hotel "

"I’m a big fan of hair in general and like to style my hair with a fun assortment of different products. However i prefer not playing with other people’s hair which was in abundance all over the bed covers, pillows, and main sheet. Enough to actually stay up all night and play stylist but I was staying to get sleep so I’ll bypass this hotel next time and forever. Great water pressure tho!"

"This was our second stay, both times in the same building. The 2 bedroom layout was great for us with 2 kids, lots of room to accommodate different bed times and love having the kitchen. The water was hammering at first and the kitchen was missing baking sheets and oven mitts but those were minor. Breakfast is great and the front staff were very friendly, even helping us by holding some baby equipment we rented that was dropped off and picked up when we weren't there. We still haven't checked out the gym, pool, or laundry, but it's I'll definitely consider this hotel again if we're back. "

"Very disappointed. Breakfast ended at 9:30 a.m., which is extremely early for a Sunday morning. We also asked for just a 30-minute late checkout, and the hotel refused unless we paid , which felt unreasonable. Not very accommodating to guests."
