Room was okay, staff were nice. The adjoining restaurant charged my son a ten dollar deposit to take a bowl to his room after he ordered food. They said they have no connection to the hotel, but offered room charges. That was a bizarrely inhospitable situation for a restaurant that largely serves hotel guests.

The front desk staff were not overly attentive. One younger girl in particular didn’t worry about the coffee in the lobby. Nor did she help you unless you made a point to get her attention. I had to go to the restaurant to get help understanding the free shuttle. The people at the restaurant Heathers were great.

Although they couldn’t provide us with a room with a mountain view, they did accommodate us with a room with two queen beds, which is what we needed. The staff was very kind and welcoming. We stayed at this hotel in 2020 and didn’t have a good experience back then, but this time we were very pleasantly surprised by how well the property has been remodeled. We will definitely return next year.
