Third stay here, and the spa, rooms and breakfast were wonderful as usual. Less wonderful was the member of staff who checked us in, who was stressed and rude and neglected to tell us how to get to our rooms, was snarky when we came back to ask for directions, and only gave us one keycard which turned out not work when we finally reached our room.

Avkopplande vistelse i skön miljö.

Fantastiskt tillmötesgående personal som gjorde sitt yttersta för att vi skulle trivas. Extra belöning i form av kaffe och kaka samt ett glas bubbel, eftersom jag fyllde jämt 80 år! Utsökt mat i restaurangen och en riklig och varierad frukost.
