"I had a really wonderful experience. Nice rooms, very clean facility, and great location downtown. I was not far from Starbucks and a nice Streetcar Grille restaurant. Very good food there. A quick walk from the hotel and also a quick walk to the KC Streetcar. The staff was very polite and helpful. All the free bottles of water you need! I drink alot of water so I loved that! I've been to other hotels that charge for bottles of water after 2. Smh. Water should be free. 😃. Also I loved the text for service option this hotel uses and they were very quick with the responses! Also the breakfast was Greaatttt!! I love the Social Lounge area they have. Nice and relaxing. Friday night there was live music. And that guy was really good and was jamming!! ! Great vibes! A lot of nice cozy sitting areas in the lobby. Nice classy upscale hotel....just like I like it! I would definitely stay there again if I'm ever back in Kansas City."
