"Wonderful Stay and Excellent Customer Service! We had a great stay at Fairfield Inn! The hotel was very nice, clean, and located in a great area. Everything was comfortable and well-maintained. I especially want to recognize James, who helped us with both check-in and check-out. He was extremely friendly, welcoming, and professional. His customer service was absolutely on point! It’s always nice to come across someone who genuinely makes guests feel welcome and appreciated. Overall, we had a...

"Clean comfortable room. Good hot breakfast. Pleasant and efficient food service worker. Clean food service area. Nice holiday decorations in the lobby. Excellent front desk service. Located in a nice area for dining and shopping."

"This is a good deal for a hotel stay! Clean, free breakfast and good customer service. I have stayed there several times. HOWEVER, this past trip did not end well for me. "We specifically chose this hotel for the indoor swimming pool. It was freezing and we could not swim in it. That was our only dislike. The rest of the stay was wonderful. The room was spacious, TV nice size, the bathroom was fantastic with all the little extras like hooks to put your towels on, a small shelf in the shower and shelves to place all your toiletries."

"very clean and convenient."

"Clean room, wonderful staff, great breakfast. Definitely will stay again if in the area."

"Worst bed ever and the AC worked and the room never got cold. Hair dryer didn’t work (boy was she angry) drains were SLOW but I must say they were all very nice ."
