"Not clean Smells in the hallway and elevator"

"Me and some friends of mine had reserved. Three rooms we checked in around 3:30. I went to my room. There was a single bed no TV and a disgusting odor my friend checked in their rooms. They had a TV but it wouldn’t work. It would come on and that was it no channels no nothing. I went to the front desk and I asked was I not supposed to have a TV in my room and she said yes ma’am let me call my boss. I’ll either move you to another room or get you a TV so I’ll wait I’m waiting. She finally came put a TV in my room because she said she had no other available rooms so then we left to go get dinner and we come back after dinner and we waited approximately an hour for them to figure out what was wrong with the TVs and why they wouldn’t work and then we heard a commotion outside and there were residence of the hotel fighting. The law was called. Cops came, and the kids that were within our group were terrified so we wound up leaving the property no refund disgusting very disgusting so unless you want to be around extended stay residence don’t bother with no TV service no ice machine. Everything‘s broke or out of commission drink machines snack machine machines everything’s broke or out of commission."

"The room was very clean but the pool was not open like they advertised. It has been under maintenance for a long time. The tub had a poorly patched hole in the bottom, no ice bucket, and even though they said they had continental breakfast they literally didn’t have anything aside from stale cereal. Our experience was so terrible, we left a day early. I have never experienced something like this. Not to mention, I came here so I could walk for graduation and booked months in advance. I’d never go back unless they completely remodeled and fixed the issue with breakfast and actually had a pool that was ready to swim in. This is completely uncalled for."

"This is a small town so remember that when booking. The stay wasn't bad or good just average. You hear Marriott and think 5 star. Again not terrible but I am used to staying at big resorts so I want to be fair in my rating. Keeping in mind a small Military town. Rooms were clean, staff friendly, coffee available 24/7 in the lobby; however the pillows are undersized on king bed, sheet treadcount undesirable, and they did not restock breakfast. We were told breakfast was from 6-9a. We went 8:15a and nothing available. Waited around and they never restocked. Luggage dolly dirty, and they only gave us 1 key stating they have a key shortage. Overall okay, but not worth the nearly $200 per night rate."
