My stay was great, the hotel is tired and needs updating. Carpets, decor etc. But it was clean and in a great location. I had a good nights sleep. Great value for money!

It’s a lovely old building but does need some TLC. The staff were great and the room comfortable but did need a vacuum. Floorboards are squeaky as you’d expect in an older building and parking spaces are not guaranteed so be prepared to pay to park. It’s a quaint property in a good location with a few places to eat nearby.

- Not enough parking, was told to park illegally and given a peice of paper saying manor hotel guest for the window - loud constant noise only hearable in room - no hot water for shower - no plug in bath - mould on ceiling in bathroom - stains on bedding - broken tap housing - several bulbs broken - found an empty water bottle under bed - no disabled access It's a nice area, and you could tell about 30 years ago the hotel would have been posh. But it's not been maintained at all. The area is nice, location is the best part. But won't use this hotel again

Nice for a short stay

Good service for a one night stay. A bit difficult to get hold of staff in the lobby for things like Wi-Fi code etc. but generally hospitable. Room was clean.

Very clean & tidy. Beds very comfortable. Only 50m to train station to Windsor(4 min journey). Property going through big upgrade with bar and restaurant which will be a great improvement for the hotel. Staff were all very friendly.

A pleasant stay and comfortable bed, there was parking and the train station a short walk away. We did have to ask for towels on a arrival. But on the whole we were happy and will probably use again.
