"The hotel is situated in a convenient location - close to metro, with a 7-11 and grocery store right across the street, but also within walking distance of attractions. The room was clean and comfortable despite being by the rail tracks. They provided earplugs in case this was more of a bother. The bathroom was nice, spacious, with a great shower. The only negative is that there are no elevators, so be mindful of this with luggage."

"The location is excellent. We enjoyed our stay at the Ascot Hotel very much but were surprised that there wasn’t a bellman to assist with luggage when we arrived and we had a lot due to a long trip. We had to get a signature suite so that we had enough space to put our two large and two small pieces of luggage as there was not any drawers to put anything in. The closet didn’t have much room in it. The breakfast was generally good but the oatmeal was runny. Maintenance-wise, the carpet up to breakfast is very dirty and the left chair by the elevator is also very dirty. The front desk staff were wonderful and very accommodating. There are many dining places close by."

"The personnel is very knowledgeable and helpful. We really enjoyed the access to the lounge, opened from 2pm to 10 pm. The hotel is very clean and new. The rooms are spacious but the refrigerator has very little storage space (only about 3 or 4 inches deep). The beds are very comfortable. The location is opposite the town hall square. Very well located. Would definitely recommend this hotel."

"Although a large hotel so a bit of walking to get to room every thing was lovely the beds were so comfortable the staff extremely helpful the location superb for transport for eateries and entertainment so excellent choice."
