Repainting and repairing all those small details (hallways, railings, stairwells) is especially what comes to mind. Thinking maybe the state budget ..."

"The property is just as pictured. Beautiful forest and hillside. Saw our first fireflies....amazing! House and hot tub clean. Close to amazing trails, arches, and waterfalls.
