"I really like this place! Right next to I five but if you’re not on the side that faces the freeway it’s very quiet, that’s 3/4 of the hotel rooms. Staff was helpful, nice little swimming pool and they have coffee in the room. That’s remarkably good. "The staff was really patient. There was a guest she was helping who was irate and the staff was patient and calm. When it was my turn to check in, the staff apologized and quickly helped me check in. The breakfast was clean and neat. The staff operating the breakfast was kind and helpful. I enjoyed our one night stay."

"This had to be the worst motel I’ve ever stayed in. Floor was so filthy our feet were black just by walking barefoot for a few minutes. Disgusting. AC did not cool the entire time. Several of the electric outlets did not work. Floorboards were lifting. Would not recommend. Had someone posing as Security knocking on our door in the middle of the night."

"Overall, I had a great stay at the Hyatt Regency Orange County. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff was welcoming and helpful throughout my visit. The location was also very convenient. The only downside was a few maintenance issues in the bathroom. The caulking was peeling in some areas and exposed gaps behind the wall, which could definitely use attention.
