"The room was clean, but the furniture was old and had several scratches on the middle table. The refrigerator in the room did not get cold. The telephone in the room did not work. I had to go down to the first floor. I stayed on the second floor to complain about the refrigerator. The First Lady I spoke to was very nice, but she would not tell me the truth because I complained to her twice, she would write it down and said get into it. I stayed at this location for three days. They charge $1500 because of the black Wall Street rally they had going on. The hotel jacked up the Prices, but not taking care of the hotel. The breakfast had little ants all around the food I told the hotel to follow a complaint and management never call me back. Please stay away from this hotel. They are a rip off. Some of my food spoiled in the refrigerator."
