"It was"

"Very clean. Welcoming and helpful staff. Pool under renovation. We didn’t use the gym or restaurant/bar. We stayed less than 24 hours and were charged $10 x 2days for parking in their large but empty parking lot. Waters in the room $5 a bottle."

"Very little hot water, and almost no water pressure at the shower. Also, the breakfast is not the best, the coffee is horrible."

"Not really any access to water outside of a water fountain, tap water, and the juice machine at breakfast that was broken for most of my stay. other than that it was great."

"This is a beautifully maintained, modern hotel very near the DCU in downtown Worcester. Staff were friendly and helpful. Free coffee was available in the lobby first thing in the morning. The only additional thing I would have liked would have been room service, or a clear list of nearby food delivery options. However, 110 Grill is immediately next door to the hotel and allowed me to do quick pick-up of a meal for dinner."

"Pool was not open 😥"
