"The hotel was in a newer upscale neighborhood on the water so it was very nice. If you are looking to be closer to shops and restaurants this is a bit of a distance. They have a restaurant and bar on site but they were closed for private events for 2 of the days we were there and one of the events was very loud. The staff did ask the group to be courteous of other guests and offered us breakfast for the remainder of our stay. There is a gym and bicycles you can rent so that was nice. Our room was good with the kids xception of our bathroom shower leaking out everytime we showered so we required fresh towels daily. Best part is the staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating"

"Overall this property was almost excellent. We loved its location: a 5-minute walk to a major train station, Sloderdijk, where from there it was a 5-minute ride to Amsterdam Centraal! Our room was very spacious compared to most European rooms, modern, and clean. The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and professional. There was also a small kitchen in the room that helped with storing food and using dishes. My only two complaints are 1) the air-conditioning in our room was not properly working. We had to get a tall fan from the front desk to adequately cool our room. 2) There was only one liquid dispenser in the shower. It was listed as a combined shampoo/conditioner/body wash soap. Typically in most nice hotels, there are three separate liquid dispensers for those. Also, I’m allergic to zinc and after a few days using their soap, I developed a rash around my hands, feet, arms, and back. I’m not sure if their soap contains zinc, but if it does, I strongly recommend the hotel to stop using it. With the hotel advertised as a 4-star hotel, these things should not be issues so I’m bringing them up here only because they’re reasonable and for awareness. With some easy adjustments to fix those things mentioned above, this is a hotel worth staying in. Definitely a good value overall."

"The suite we had, included a combo mini washer/dryer (just googled how to use it), along with small dishwasher. They provide basic utensils, dishwashing tabs, detergent tabs. In the basement there is also luggage storage, separated washer, dryers (free). You can also help yourself to free toilet paper, dish soap, tea, sponge etc in the basement. 5th floor there is a small café that is connected to an outdoor pool, same floor there is a yoga studio for a fee. You need your 6 digit code to get onto your floor wing, and to get into the building or access the basement. Right beside the property there is also a café. It is 15-20 min walk (take footpath bridge as shortcut) to ferry that takes you to grand central station, along that walk there is a grocery store (Albert Haijn)."

"Amazing place. Excellent convenient location 5 minutes from the train station ( 15 minutes from the airport). Excellent amenities ( nicely equipped gym), excellent friendly helpful people staff. Lots of restaurants and 2 supermarkets in the neighborhood. Clean, quiet property. Spacious apartment with a bedroom, bathroom, sitting area, eating area and a reasonably equipped kitchen"
