"We stayed in a family room. As soon as we checked in, it was clear the room had not been cleaned - old clothes on the floor and food in the fridge area. We requested the room be cleaned again. Unfortunately it was clear on other days the room wasn’t being hoovered, no new bin liners etc. We had constant issues with our pass locking us out the room. "Excellent Hotel, bid room and bathroom, close to everything, very convenient."

"Amazing bnb with everything you need, staff is super nice and helpful with everything. Relaxing and beautiful neighborhood. 10/10 will definitely come back again 👍"

"Very disappointing stay. Upon entering the room, it was immediately clear that basic housekeeping standards had not been met. "الفندق ممتاز وموقع ممتاز "

"Absolutely AMAZING property in a wonderful part of Brugge!! The staff were so helpful and friendly and the property was so perfect!!"

"Loved our stay at this perfectly located, beautiful family-run boutique hotel. All staff, from kind bartender, sweet housekeeper, to front desk were a delight. Would always make this our Bruges home base."

"This is a well located boutique hotel with nice, but tight rooms. Some rooms of the same category are better than others, high ceilings versus low. Overall, it was great."

"Hotel Navarre made our stay in Brugge really special. We were very happy to see how beautiful it was as we pulled up; but it was the staff, location, comfortable room and lovely breakfast that made it a place we would come back to. Staff member Indy went the extra mile to help us get a taxi on a particularly busy morning in at the hotel due to special events in the city."

"Habitación amplia y limpia. Queda lo suficientemente cerca, pero a la vez lejos del bullicio de las calles más concurridas. Lo volvería a elegir."

"Personal atento y buen servicio, cerca de varios lugares, fácil acceso"
