Villa Raviola was built in 2021, has 227 m2 of living space, while the property area is 2000 m2. The maximum number of guests is ten, while eight is the optimal number. On the ground floor of the villa there are two bedrooms with double beds, two bathrooms and a separate toilet. There is also a spacious living room that includes a sofa, two seats, two armchairs, two stools, two chests of drawers, coffee table, TV, music line and acoustic guitar, which will delight guests who enjoy the melodies of favourite songs. If you need an extra bed, you can use a sofa that is ideal for two people.



The modernly decorated and fully equipped kitchen will be the ideal place to prepare your favourite dishes that you will be happy to prepare for your whole family or a group of dearest friends. Near the kitchen is a dining room with a dining table for eight to ten people.



On the upper floor there are two more bedrooms, two bathrooms, two wardrobes, and a balcony with a sitting area where you can enjoy your morning coffee.



On the outdoor terrace there is a heated pool of 35 m2, 1.5 m deep, and which has automation for maintaining water quality. Next to it there are eight sun loungers, an outdoor dining table, outdoor corner sofas and a charcoal or wood grill.



The villa is completely fenced, surrounded by a newly renovated garden - an olive grove with Mediterranean plants (olives, cypresses, lavender, rosemary, immortelle), a rose garden, where children can play carefree and have fun. The facilities offered are 5 quality mountain bikes in 3 different sizes, goals and a ball for indoor soccer, a basketball structure and a ball for basketball, and an outdoor table and rackets for playing table tennis.



Extras include a washing machine, dryer and iron, as well as a feeder and baby cot.



Inside the yard, there are as many as ten private parking spaces.



What will especially delight guests who have a pet is that one pet is allowed in Villa Raviola, which together with the youngest will be able to enjoy running and playing.



Attractions and local activities that are at your fingertips are rafting, fishing, cycling, horseback riding, paintball, paragliding. Also try parachuting, canoe safari on the river Cetina, tennis or Quad rides!



The most important year in the history of the city of Sinj was 1715, when it was the biggest battle in which 700 Sinj defenders stopped more than 10,000 Turks. Another interesting thing about this town is that in honour of Our Lady of Sinj, who according to legend drove away the Ottomans, the knight's game Alka was founded, which is played every year, on the first Sunday in August. Alka has been played for over 300 years, and is on the UNESCO World Intangible Heritage List. She is a symbol of peace, freedom, faith and hope.



Other historical and cultural sights are the Old Town, Alkarski dvori with the Sinjska Alka Museum, the Museum of the Cetina Region where remains from the whole region can be found, the Kamičak Fortress, the Alkarski Bridge and the Tripalo Palace.
