The place was very clean and neat as was their landscaping. It was also in a great location and reasonably priced. I sent a couple of emails with questions prior to our arrival, they were promptly answered. They had outdoor activities and plenty of beach chairs to take to the beach. Staff was very friendly. We had a very enjoyable vacation there.

Everything was great. Did not go to beach. Booked this place for a Christmas lights boat tour. Also had a nice clean pool and saw bikes. Would highly recommend. We will be back!

This is a unique, comfortable, and easy-to-reach property, where a small group can enjoy a pleasant vacation time. My wife and I had a wonderful time, actually surprised by the surroundings and by the actual commodities included in the apartment we rented for 4 days. The beach nearby was excellent and within walking distance. There were chairs and umbrellas available at the property and the swimming pool, small but pleasant. All in all a very nice experience at a manageable price.

Lovely apartment, if I had a really cool friend her apartment would look like this. I very much appreciated the attention to detail. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook. The bathroom was stocked with shampoo, soap and conditioner, which was very convenient since I flew here and didn’t bring any. It seems like they really think about the comfort of the guests and try to provide everything to make a pleasant stay. For example, there was a full bag of ice in the freezer so my friend and I could just settle down right away and fix a couple of drinks. When I saw the reviews for this place, I was thinking, “well I don’t think it could be as good as everybody saying,” but it really is. Also very clean. Fun fact: I stayed at the very expensive Marriott half a block away in November and I like Fernando Flats much better. It’s a 5 minute walk to the beach and it is open to everyone.

The flat is amazing, room is very spacious and has everything you need. The decoration is nice and make you really feel like you are having a "beach style" vacation. I wish I could have stayed more and would definitely recommend it.

This is my second time back this year. Found a place that I will now return to for many more years. What a gem this place is. Reminds me of the hotels I stayed at when traveling with my parents in the 60’s/70’s but completely updated. Love the kidney shaped pool.
