"Woke up for breakfast at 730. No food left. Nothing ever got replaced. Coffee machine didn’t work. Sat & ate cereal & toast. During the time I was in the dining area, a couple was trying to check out. They rang the bell at the front desk and stood there and waited for over 15 minutes before anyone showed up. Terrible overall customer service. "

"Toilet was not cleaned. Looked like there was a build-up, and hadn't been addressed for some time. There was quite a line of people to check in at three o' clock, as staff refused to check people in before 2:55pm. Office manager reprimanded guests, by saying that check- in time is 3pm, even though there were rooms ready. Rooms were left unlocked, so it appeared to be a safely issue, as guests entered the room on arrival and found doors to be ajar. "

"The front lobby staff was super kind when I arrived and very courteous. However I had an issue with my room key not working so I was unable to leave unless I went and got office staff to let me in the room was not all as clean as well. There was hair in the bed as well as gnats in the sink and there was also food on the wall as well I guess that previous guest dropped but wasn’t clean up. The office staff was kind enough to accommodate me during my stay however I just won’t be returning this location for a stay again "
