Summary:
Kick back, relax & enjoy Siesta Key! Brand newly remodeled in Sept 22 this studio sleeps 4 people in 2 queen beds side by side. Located in “Solitude Suites on Siesta Key” resort, this Waterview Suite is sure to please you! Enjoy your ground floor studio with a kitchenette, and full bathroom. Right outside your door is the resort with shared access to: the community pool, Tiki hut with ping pong table, bbq grills, and the boat dock with free kayaks & SUPs for your use! Max 4 occupants.

Guest Access:
There is free parking right outside, shared laundry (bring quarters), beach chairs, a small cooler and a blue tooth speaker for you to take the beach! Please replace them before leaving, or you will be charged for missing items. You may also use the complimentary kayaks, bbq grills, tiki huts and sun loungers!

The Neighborhood:
Siesta Key is America’s #1 beach! We have amazing weather, restaurants, bars, beaches, shopping, boat tours, etc all very close by!

Getting Around:
The free trolley stops right outside the resort. You can also rent a bike, or jump on a free ride
(tips only) or call anUber or Lyft. No car is needed here!

Other Things to Note:
This is not a single family home. This is a suite in a resort, like a hotel room in a hotel. You will have neighbors and the common areas outside your front door are shared.

This location worked out perfectly for a one night stay. Wish it could have been longer! Easy walk to the beach across the street and was able to hang out at the pool right outside my room. The room was newly decorated, very clean and cheery! Wonderful place!

A slice of paradise

We absolutely love visiting Siesta Key Beach and this rental is just a few minutes away. This property was perfectly located on a canal with kayaks and a shared pool. Just a perfect stay.

Quant room in Siesta Key

The room had access to a deck that had games, a bar, seating area by the marina just off of the bedroom. The room also had a great little kitchen and bathroom. Will book again.

Great stay

We stayed at the Solitude waterfront suite for 4 nights. It was adorable and had all the amenities it needed. Pool was great and we spent most of our days lounging by the pool. Had to drive to a beach access point and the Solitude could also use some upgraded beach chairs which was the only negative. Otherwise fantastic choice!

Glad we stayed above carport

Hurricane Helene came before we did, so we are glad we stayed above carport. The AC was wonderful due to high humidity but they need to also run a dehumidifier in the apartment because all our clothes smelled musty. Kitchen was nice to have. Bed was fine. Shower was strong and clean. Extra blankets could have been cleaner.

New Beds Needed

Beds are not the greatest. Mattress needs to be changed out my husband and I literally sunk into it. Very uncomfortable. House was clean and well maintained. We wish the weather would have been better to enjoy. Spot is very close to everything. Would be 5/5 if it weren’t for the Matress and Towels were stained.

Beds are terrible. Nice shower in newly remodeled bathroom. Outdoor area & pool are awesome.

The beds are terrible. Both people sink to the middle of the first bed. The second bed is actually a 4" thick piece of green foam on top of a thin mattress. We didn't sleep very well and we had back aches due to these sleeping conditions. Towels had rust colored stains. Host agreed to replace stained towels. The bathroom was newly remodeled and the shower was nice. The outside of the complex was beautiful, nice landscaping, and a fabulous heated pool. The beaches near this complex are private & gated and it is a pretty long walk to the public beach so you will need to drive or take public transportation to the public beach. This could be a 5 star stay if host would buy new beds.

The place was great!!! Very clean Pool right outside the door / tiki hut w/couches & chairs to sit out & have coffee. Lisa had all the toiletries we needed (the small frig & the microwave- so cute & retro). Made Lisa aware of one little problem. Overall would definitely stay there again!!!You can grab a free trolley very close (make sure you tip them).

Disappointing stay!

My wife and I were very disappointed with our stay in the Waterview Suite at Solitude. Toilet did not flush/empty. Bathroom faucet handle was very loose and came off in my wife’s hand. Called property manager for assistance, left message; no return call. Broken lamp was dangerously inoperable and unsafe. Light fixture in clothes closet did not work. Would not recommend a stay here--particularly for the amount the room costs.
