Beachside home with pool and beach access

Looking for a beachside vacation rental home with heated pool just steps away? Look no further than this three bedroom home located on Siesta Key with private beach and heated community pool access. Siesta Key has become one of the most popular beaches in America in recent years. It's gorgeous beaches and the small village atmosphere draws thousands of people each year. Choosing to stay at Siesta Beach House - Cottage B places you in the prime location on the island. Utilize any of the free island ride services (tips only) to visit Siesta Key village offering many dining and entertainment options. Siesta Key public beach is just 1/4 mile and offers access to additional amenities such as tennis courts, pavilions, shaded picnic areas, playground, and is host to many of the island festivities throughout the year.

Arrive at this island cottage with ample parking, no keys to pickup, or check-in to complete, simply arrive and start your vacation. Enter through the front door, you step into the main living area. Furnished with sofa and chairs for lounging around the flat screen TV. This living space also offers a full dining set with seating for 6. Adjacent to the living area is the kitchen, equipped with 3 piece major appliance set among other small kitchen appliances and stocked for light to medium cooking needs.

The home offers a split floor plan with the master bedroom on one side of the home and the two guest bedrooms on the opposite side. The master bedroom is just through the French doors from the living room and is furnished with a queen-size bedroom set and flat screen TV. The ensuite bathroom offers a stall shower. Moving to the opposite side of the home you will find two guest bedrooms. One is furnished with a queen-size bedroom set while the other is furnished with two double beds. Both guest bedrooms equipped with flat screen TV's and share a bathroom just off the hall offering tub/shower combo.

In the rear of the home, there is a small patio furnished with outdoor dining set and access to a park style charcoal grill.

Siesta key beach house B

Property was spacious and cleanly. The laundry facilities are communal and in a separate building. We loved the location with respect to downtown. The master bedroom bed was very uncomfortable for 2 people. And there was new construction going on right next to the cottage. So it was very noisy and lots of equipment to navigate around - not very relaxing! Overall our stay was good and we love the Siesta Key area - beautiful beaches and lots of restaurants and activities.

Siesta getaway

We where surprice that property was next to office but overall it was nice A/C was working but did not cool during day inside temp 82 it on going problem as the have fans on the ceiling and floor fans. To the owner easy fix remove the fence around the condense unit outside for it to circulate air and the Compressor can cool down. Would be back if A/c fix closes to community pool and 4mint walk to beach.

Nice place near beautiful beaches

Great location in the Sarasota/Venice area. This home was perfectly located for us. Neat and clean and we were able to walk to the beach. We had a great stay.

Wasn’t quite what we expected!

The cleaning people did a very poor job of cleaning and there was even mold on the dishwasher racks! The house needs some fixing & ,plumbing , ( the sinks had no stoppers ! The bathroom needed to have some blinds in two of the windows because at night people can see in! It is not a very good place for elderly people because of all the different level’s throughout the house!!

Perfect location

The house is definitely need of updates but, that didn't stop us from having a good time. One thing that needs mentioning is once at the beach which chairs is associated with the buildings and the fact the chairs have to stay within the designated beach area. We had to move all of our stuff and chairs because someone made us. Wish we knew the rule ahead of time.

A Nice Beachfront location

Overall nice place…It is interesting that their is no onsite manager to connect with even though there is a office space. I was told locally that this has become common since Covid. We still really enjoyed our stay and the interaction with the property manager we had via phone call was helpful. I would definitely stay again. Thanks

Conveniently located

This is our second year saying at Siesta Beach House. Location has private walk to beach and free chairs to use on the beach. Pool area is clean and has bathrooms. It was never busy so it felt like a private pool. Cottage had ample living room area and was clean. Good amount of kitchen cooking items. Outdoor setting area on porch. Washer and drier on sight is helpful.

The property didn’t look exactly like the pictures. A maintenance person was working on the broken bed in the back bedroom when we arrived. He tried to glue the rail back together. He said he would be back Monday with new rails but we never saw him. We slept in a leaning bed the whole week. We also recommend that there be more than one fob to enter the beach area. That’s very inconvenient when you have adults coming and going at different times. We were a little disappointed because the property looked old. Luckily, we spent lots of time out of the cottage.

Good location-Ok house

The location for this property is nice. Across from the pool and short walk to the beach. The property is outdated and not well maintained. The property management was responsive to our emails regarding the AC not properly working and lights that didn’t work. However maintenance came twice and didn’t fix either issue. Our family was unhappy that one towel and one wash cloth per person were provided to use for the WEEK. We were actually one short and my children had to share. There is a small coin laundry room a short walk away that we used but unhappy it took away from our vacation time.

Floors slippery

We thought we could walk to shops and restaurants and we couldn’t. The hard part was there was a step coming out of one bedroom and two more in hallway and the same tile so u couldn’t see them well and the floor was slippery so the 3 year old hurt herself a few times and several of us tripped

Spring Break

Overall it was a great stay. Close proximity to the beach. It was a little bit of a walk but we had a wagon for all our stuff so it wasn’t that bad. The unit was clean but it Could definitely use some updating. It was nice having the 3 bedrooms which isn’t easy to find beachside on Island. Would stay again.

Not luxury Did the trick.

The place was very Pine Sol clean when we arrived. Small kitchen with small stove. Entire property was a bit tired but had three bedrooms for a larger crowd. Very utility. No complaints. Got what we paid for at the last minute.

Really great place!

My whole family and I really loved this location! We tried to keep it clean and treated it as if it were our home. The only thing I could think of that could make it better is the bedroom in the end of the house connecting to the bedroom with the two beds. The bedding was rough and uncomfortable, and the pillows were really hard. Other beds could have been different.
