Well, where do I start!
This is probably the best customer experience I’ve ever had from a hotel.
We booked a room with an airport pickup included along with 2 x 60 min massages a day.
From the moment we were greeted at the airport we were treated like royalty, the transfer was smooth and we were immediately provided with a cold flannel and fresh ice cold coconut.
Our room was brilliant and comes with a mini fridge with complementary water and soft drinks.
The food in the hotel is really, really good. Our first night we ate at the hotel and we were not disappointed one bit and it was very well priced.
We took advantage of a guided Ankor Wat Sunrise tour which is a must do which the hotel organised for us. Throughout the day we were given ice cold flannels and bottled water.
The hotel offers a free one way Tuktuk ride into town which only takes about 10 mins. When we were ready to come back we simply WhatsApp’d the driver to collect us for $3 (US), which could be added to your room bill if you didn’t have cash.
On leaving the hotel pretty much all staff on site came to wave us goodbye including the chef’s who we’d not seen. That level of detail sums up the hotel and the great leadership it has from Sy.
I cannot rate this hotel highly enough, it’s a quality place but it’s the staff and its people that make this a place I will never ever forget and hope to return to sometime in the future.
