"Very Misleading description !!!! We got there and found out that the beach is about 25min walk in a road full of rocks and not 1min walk from the beach as advertised !!!we ended up leaving immediately after finding the place because it’s not what we signed up for and didn’t feel safe !
When I told the guy there that the description said 1min walk from the beach and it is a long walk in an unsafe road , he didn’t care at allll!! He said that he will walk with us to the beach ??!!!

"Perfect holiday! Beautiful house - lots of space and beautifully designed. The swimming pool was an absolute delight and the tortoises in the garden were a hit with everyone. "The hotel was not good. The towels were shockingly old, the pillows REALLY old and the rooms uncomfortable. The whole stay was uncomfortable and shockingly bad for the price they were charging. The service was incredible. Mohammed was amazing. But I feel the owners of Villa Daba whom we never saw must be overcharging and letting the hotel go into disarray. The conditions of the room were shockingly old. I've never in my life seen pillows like this, or towels this old. If you're charging this much and insisting on cash payment, you must provide items not from decades ago. Also, it's not Essaouira. It's deceiving. Everywhere it says Villa Daba Essaouira. But it's 15 min from Essaouira. There is nothing close. Nothing. And the villa only offers a breakfast and that's it. The rooms are really hot and became insufferable at night, you can't open windows, no screens and lots of bugs. Tourist trap. We got a really bad rash from the pool and shower gel. Avoid."
"This villa was a paradise for my family of four (kids 12 and 10) after days in the road in the desert and the southern coast. People were ready for down time and the beautiful, tranquil secluded property was perfect. We mostly cooked our own meals, hung out by the pool, read, played games and relaxed. The property is gorgeous, the beds are comfortable and clean and the villa is stocked with almost anything you could need. The owner and property manager were both very helpful and responsive. No issues whatsoever. Such a perfect stay!The two things to note: 1. Access to the property is off of an unsigned dirt road from R211, NOT as indicated on Google maps. 2. While there is a hammam on the property it needs to be booked and otherwise is locked and off-limits.Highly recommended. One of the best stays of our 5-week trip!"

"The hotel is very big with lots of facilities . The only thing is that service is quite slow and facilities like sauna and steam are only started when you are physically there . Therefore cannot be enjoyed fully as it takes time to heat up"
