"We arrived late, after a long journey. Hotel had no notice of our booking…. This could have been a disaster but thanks to the amazing lady on reception, it wasn’t. With her limited English and our limited French, we explained the situation, she found us a room, arranged for a chef to come in and cook us dinner, found us towels, toiletries etc and generally looked after us really well. We had a fantastic stay and it was very comfortable and relaxing. Strongly recommend. I just wish I had got the...
