"We enjoyed a lovely three-night stay. The room was comfortable and clean and we slept really good. Love that it's close and convenient to everything, including shops, restaurants, train station, Metro, and ferries. Staff was helpful and friendly."

"Really nice hotel; room was large and comfortable, although more drawer/cupboard space would be appreciated. Hotel overall was modern and clean. Breakfast was manic despite there being lots of tables and serving stations, as the the hotel was busy and breakfast popular. Food could have been a bit hotter (as with most hotels) but good selection (apart from pastries - only mini croissants provided). Good location, 10-15 minute walk from the train station, 10 minute walk to the bus station (use the airport bus rather than Arlanda Express as it is much cheaper and takes about 20 minutes more). City hall around a 10 minute walk, with some nice restaurants along the front. Gamla Stan is 20-25 minute walk but a nice, scenic one. There's a metro station right next door if you don't want the walk."

"The hotel is original. The room was VERY original. Complete different setup than usual as your bed is facing the window, and the bedhead prepare the work table. It was a bit cramp thought, and the light interruptor were really hard to deal with. The decor was also very unique, and they do offer things we don;t use to see in hotel, like a shopping bag. Toilet was descent, but with a step you need to be careful by night. The hotel though is right downtown and close to everything; central train station, old town, royal palace, restaurant, shopping, all is there, walking distance. I found it a little pricey though."

"Fantastic location, right by the central train station and close to the city center, with everything within walking distance. The staff were very helpful and welcoming, and the breakfast had a great variety of options. Overall, a very comfortable and convenient stay!"

"I had an excellent stay at the Sheraton Stockholm. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk from Stockholm Central Station, Gamla Stan, and many of the city’s main attractions, making it the perfect base for exploring. The service was outstanding from check-in to check-out. Every staff member was warm, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. The rooms were spotless, modern, and very comfortable, reflecting the hotel’s high standards of cleanliness. The breakfast was another highlight, offering a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options to suit every taste. It was the perfect way to start each day. Overall, Sheraton Stockholm exceeded my expectations with its exceptional service, prime location, delicious breakfast, and immaculate rooms. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Stockholm and would happily stay here again."

"Exceptional location and value. Literally doesn’t get better. We didn’t mind not having a window because it makes sleeping through the Northern sun in the summer possible. You’re not supposed to be in your room anyway! The communal refrigerator system was safe and worked fine but not having a freezer was a problem. The bed was okay. A little too firm for me but fine for my husband. I still highly recommend staying here if your priorities are exploring Stockholm and getting a good nights sleep. If you want to spend $$$$$ on a fancy hotel with a great view, look elsewhere"
