"The stay itself was great, I cannot fault the cleaners and the service. However, the communication regarding my room requirements and not addressing my message from 2 months before my stay was very disappointing considering I was staying with a relative and we were given a double instead of 2 single beds. The room was comfortable and well-maintained."

"Noisy area in general. Hôtel was grungy in general. Location was not so good. I left a couple hours after check in to a different hotel in nicer area. Will never stay in that area again."

"Upon arrival, we had to check in outdoors in the rain via a machine. Staff were there but refused to help. Reception is closed for many hours of the day. Toilet flush button fell off. There's a Mecure hotel just next door, go there instead."
