A special thanks to Simran, who went above and beyond to help us throughout our stay. She was incredibly thoughtful in planning our travel itinerary and arranging our car journey to Badrinath Temple, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Her warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail made our trip even more memorable. Highly recommend this beautiful property for anyone looking for a peaceful and well-organized Himalayan getaway."

"One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. We booked their most expensive suite — supposedly their best — and it was a letdown from the moment we walked in. The fridge was broken. The room was missing basic amenities you’d expect at this price point. Tea was served only when we asked for it, and the cookies that came with it were stale. The restaurant was somehow worse — you place an order and the waiter simply disappears. Not once, not twice, but repeatedly. We’d sit there waiting for someone to come back and acknowledge us. The property is nothing like the photos. Inside it feels dated and cheap, and it’s not nearly as clean as the listing suggests. For what they charge, this is unacceptable. There are far better options in Rishikesh. Avoid."

"I was very disappointed with the quality of services provided by the staff, particularly front office/reception staff. They did not seem to be well trained and professional in their approaches For example, I had to request them to arrange the welcome ritual and welcome drink for us. We had to wait to get the room even after reaching after 2 pm. They could not arrange a rented car in time for our travel to Rishikesh etc. etc. Only nice hotel building does not ensure appreciation from your guests. Please try to provide the quality services to every guest."
