"I was unimpressed by the staff when I called to confirm my specific room type and they gave me the run around. We arrive 15 minutes before check in and told me my room type was available, but I was not given it. The room was in adequate shape, although the furnishings were tired and the breakfast had issues with cross-contamination of high allergy items. We will not stay here again."

"The room was super clean, the staff was friendly and super helpful with questions. Breakfast was great both mornings we stayed."

"The hotel was musty in the hall ways no a/c running throughout building The room was not clean, refrigerator didn't work microwave was dirty dog hair under mattress, shower needed some scrubbing no shampoo or body wash bathroom door was hard to open cracked tile on floor .the fitness center did not have working a/c to hot to smelly to use could not get coffee was told it comes out with breakfast would not ever come back or recommend"

"Front desk staff was very warm, supportive, and solutions-oriented. It was especially nice to have sliding glass and screen doors to an outside porch, which I used every day. It was inconvenient to have to walk through the hotel to the Hilton to use the fitness area, though I was grateful for the backup option while maintenance happened on the Marriott fitness room. I plan to return here."

"On our check-in, the front desk had a strong smell of marijuana. The desk manager appeared to be under the influence of marijuana. He had been smoking with another employee out front as we entered. Our room was not serviced after our first night. The desk manager said they could not clean our room because the cleaning staff was gone for the day. (this was about 3:30 in the afternoon.) The shower soap bottle was empty when we first arrived in our room and the employee said they had no more refills. We asked for extra towels and had to ask two or three times in order to get them. The hotel seemed to be short staffed as the desk employee was answering phones, managing the desk, and doing the hotel laundry. I would not recommend this hotel or this chain."

"Hotel definitely needs upgraded smell of smoke in the rooms along with mold . But the pool makes up for it!! My kids have a blast ever time we stay here.. just wish they would put back into the hotel what they get out of it ..it would be a beautiful hotel if they would just keep up with the maintenance"

"The good: no bed bugs (in our room), quiet functioning ac, staff were there. The bad: yellowed bed sheets and towels, “continental breakfast” was mostly just snacks, coffee was awful, pool/hot tub were empty, fitness room closed. TLDR: fine for a night stay on a road trip."

"The room had such a strong dog odor it sickend and kept me awake. The manager came and sprayed air freshener on the carpets and floor, but within a half hour that foul odor came back. I felt I should have gotten a refund. Otherwise the facility was relatively clean. They should have some rooms set aside for non pet owners and should remove carpeting."
