"The very first thing I noticed when I walked into the lobby is the carpets need to be vacuumed? After check-in, I went directly to the elevator. Oh my God it was a mess inside. The walls have not been wiped down and I don't know how long. No dirt was vacuumed out of all the corners, the tracks of the door filthy. Once I got up to the second and third floor the car doors needed a good vacuuming. You can tell they have not been had a good cleaning in a while"

"Even though it advertised breakfast , there was never anything there, not even coffee .
I got this stay through Expedia , for my son who was there after a work trip.. I could never get in touch with anyone at the desk, and because he got called away early, Expedia was willing to take the last few days off my bill , but could never get in touch with anyone in charge to verify any information, we tried for days and could not get in touch with anyone to help!
